Torremolinos Water Park. It lies 50 kilometers from Marbella and covers no less than 70,000 square meters. Among other pastimes here, it includes a few kamikaze spiral slides nearly vertical, Jacuzzi and paddling pools, and many other areas of entertainment for children.
Mijas Park. This is one of the major water parks in Costa del Sol, which lies near the main highway to Fuengirola. The park is open every day from 10am to 18.
Tivoli World Theme Park. This is a theme park with many attractions, an outdoor theater where performances are held throughout the day, live comedy, music and dance. There is also a Wild West town and a market where they display amazing Andalusian flamenco dances.
Banalmadena Marina. The park has exposed more than 30 species of marine creatures, including octopuses, eels and sharks coral reefs. Here there are bars, restaurants, a complex where you can see countless marine species and many yachts spread on the port, that will remind you of Greece or Monaco.
Horses and Horse Racing, one of the signatures of Costa del Sol. Among other species of animals, horses have had a vital role in the life of the rural community for many years. The most representative population of thoroughbred horses in the world owes its popularity to the Andalusian horses, which, together with the Arabian pure-bread and of course those of Thoroughbred. Horses can be rented in many places. Small stables, hotels, farms and riding schools are providing those passionate about many varieties of horses, from the ground up to the white stallions of rare beauty.
Sailing along the dolphins and whales of Gibraltar. Gibraltar Straits bays and boast a remarkable population of whales and dolphins. This is probably the best location in Europe, in terms of places where you can admire dolphins and whales in their natural habitat. It is rightfully considered that the whales in this area are the largest in the world and in fact they really are in most cases, reaching up to 36 meters long and weighing up to 190 tons.
Art and Culture in Costa del Sol. Most municipalities and settlements in the Costa del Sol serve as shelter for authentic riches that are often overlooked by tourists. These include archaeological ruins, sculptures, jewelry and paintings, all representing an authentic testimony of remarkable artistic heritage of the region. They are found in cathedrals, churches, monasteries, museums and halls.
